The Graduate 2.0

Training sessions per week: 4
Average time per training session: 80 minutes
This is follow-up to The Graduate program. This program is very similar in structure but is the progression in order to keep improving your strength and moving forward.
In my opinion, I liked this block of training a little bit more than The Graduate because it really focuses on volume and weight, and surprisingly, it is less exercise variation.
That being said, I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did!
