Ski Conditioning v2 is the updated version of last year’s Ski Conditioning program and includes data and feedback from last year’s users as well as more specific and dialed in programming.

This program has one thing in mind: allow you to keep shredding all day long to get the most out of your lift ticket! (Or pass if that’s how you roll)

One of the worst things about skiing or snowboarding is not having enough stamina and endurance to make it a full day on the slopes. This is especially true when you fork out a bunch of money for a lift ticket. This program focuses on developing general strength and specific endurance and conditioning to keep you up on the mountain making turns all day long.
