My Favorite App For Fitness

Sometimes, we come across things in our life that makes our live’s easier. Sometimes, those things are very simple interventions, but they pay off big. In this case, I have come across a simple app that is a game-changer for my fitness routine and program. Let me ask you a question - when you’re doing any sort of conditioning, specifically intervals, what’s the most annoying thing?

For me, it’s having to either find a clock or prop my phone up somewhere so I can see the timer counting down so I know when to start and stop. Usually, there aren’t very good options for this. This new app that I found, ELIMINATES that problem completely. This app is called Seconds Pro Interval Timer.

This simple app allows you to set an interval for whatever type of conditioning you are doing, then it will count down each interval for you and play a tone through your headphones to alert you when your rest period is over and when the next exercise starts. The best part is - it will play through your headphones while your music continues to play!

This is a huge win for me as I still like to listen to my music and makes it so that I don’t have to constantly watch a clock somewhere. Honestly, it’s so simple and it’s something that I wish I would have invented!

Such a great app, so easy to use, and extremely beneficial.

For those of you that know me, you know that I don’t like doing conditioning much...and I still don’t, but this app makes it way easier for me to get through it and set it up.
