Episode #3 - The Exercise (Almost) The Entire Population Should Be Doing
In this episode, I talk about one of my favorite exercises and one the most important exercises that almost every single one of us should be doing! I break down some current issues we have in our society and how this exercise addresses those, what the exercise is, and how to get started with it.
Some pretty common issues that are seen today are posture, low back pain, and pain/issues with walking. The exercise that I’m talking about strengthens all of the muscles that deal with these three issues and sometimes can be the solution to these problems.
