For the most part, the ketogenic diet is pretty awesome. I mean, you get eat bacon every day and not feel bad about it. Every now and then you get the craving for something sweet and satisfying. It's bound to happen! If you give in to those cravings and ingest copious amounts of sugar to curb those cravings you're going to wreak havoc on your ketosis. Enter: Ketogenic Friendly Peanut Butter Cups

Having something like this can really make the ketogenic diet easy to follow and as you know, I'm a lover of it!

This recipe calls for the use of coconut butter which I don't have and prefer peanut butter, which I substituted. As you can see in the picture above, one of the cups doesn't have peanut butter in it and that's because I ran out! (This is disastrous) So I worked with what I had and just put some melted coconut oil in, stuck in the freezer and used the coconut oil as my filler. They didn't turn out too bad! Not as good as the peanut butter ones though ;)
