About

My name is Andrew Peterson and over the last decade, I have dedicated my life to understanding performance and development through resistance training and a fitness-minded lifestyle. I’ve had the privilege of working with tons of people to help them reach their goals and see the changes in their life that they have been looking for. I am currently in school working towards my Doctorate of Physical Therapy where I look to continue my passion of helping people move better and feel better.

The Barbell SPT is the accessible platform that I created to help expand my reach and spread my knowledge to help even more people. People like you. Inside The Barbell SPT, there is something for everyone: custom programming, training program templates, sport specific training programs, nutrition guidance, health education, and much more.

Membership

This is the best value option. You get a lot for a little. There is tons of stuff inside the Member’s Area plus all members get access to a private Facebook group that is used for accountability, support, questions, guidance, and motivation. There is so much inside the member’s area already, and I’m always adding to it.

Coaching

I also offer 1-on-1 coaching through an online platform. With the 1-on-1 coaching, we work closely together and develop a training and nutrition program that is completely tailored to you as an individual, and your goals. I only work with a handful of people at any one single time so that I can make sure I am providing enough attention to you and your goals. With the 1-on-1 coaching you get a custom webpage where you’ll find your training program, nutrition plan, 24/7 contact with me, and additional resources to help guide you.

I have worked with a variety of clients: general strength and conditioning, beginning gym-goers, athletes, and those pursuing a change in their overall health.

The standard package is for a 3 month commitment. This allows us to establish a good working relationship, develop an appropriate, personal program, respond to feedback, and adjust the programming as needed.
